Hola! I’m Renee – the pocket-rocket behind the camera and the one lucky enough to capture some pretty special moments.

One thing that really matters to me is the care and heart I put into every wedding and photo shoot. I don't do things by halves! It's never just about turning up and taking beautiful photos. I love getting amongst it, connecting with you and your people, and capturing all those genuine, unscripted moments. The belly laughs, happy tears, big personalities and little in-between moments that make your story yours. I absolutely LOVE what I do, and I give it everything I've got.

My love for photography started as a little girl growing up on a farm in Colyton, Manawatū, where I was forever dressing up lambs, cats and dogs for their very own photoshoots. A lot of floof, questionable outfits and hilarious chaos! That passion has only grown through travelling, exploring different cultures and meeting wonderful people along the way.

More than anything, I love making people feel comfortable. Whether it's calming wedding nerves, getting kids giggling or having a laugh with your family, I want the whole experience to feel relaxed, natural and fun. That's when the magic happens, and the real personalities shine through.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me hanging out with my three kids, walking the dogs, eating cheese, learning 90s dance routines with the kids, catching up with friends over brunch, planning road trips or our next live music gig, listening to true crime podcasts, collecting vintage troll dolls or putting coriander on absolutely everything. I'm also the self-appointed cheesecake queen, and I take that title very seriously.
